The successful candidates having secured provisional admission must subm it proof of having passed Bachelor's Degree Examination in the required percentage (or equivalent i n terms of CGPA grade) and deposit full Fee by July 7, 1998 failing which his admission will stand canc eled. The amount of Rs 5000/- deposited by such candidates will also be forfeited.

However, if the result of final examination is not available but the Fee s are deposited in full at the candidates own risk, he/she can be considered for admission at the time of couns elling if seat is available. The candidates who have fulfilled all the conditions for admission including dep osition of fee will be offered formal admission and are required to register themselves personally on J uly 23, 1998* at Roorkee, failing which their admission will stand cancelled. No refund of fees, except fo r subsidiary dues and advances for messing, will be made by the University to such candidates.
