THE MBA PROGRAMME
Group Discussion and Interview
On the basis of written test which will be held on May 6, 1998 the resul t of the short listed candidates will be announced in Indian Express (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Calcut ta) editions of May 21, 1998. These candidates will be required to appear in Group Discussion and Interv iew on June 16 to 18, 1998 at Roorkee. These candidates will also be informed by registered letters. A t the time of interview and group discussion, the candidates must bring with them in original the following
(a) Category Certificate *in the proforma given in Annexure I or Ann exure II if they belong to SC/ST or OBC category.
(b) Date of birth certificate*
(c) Marksheet* of Bachelor's degree examinations (Ist year, 2nd year , 3rd year, and final year as the case may be), if available.
* One attested copy of these documents will also be submitted by the candidates .
The weightage of written test, group discussion and interview will be as follows:

Based on the three components of the admission test viz written test, gr oup discussion and interview final merit list will be prepared and provisional admission to the MBA programme will be offered.
The successful and wait listed candidates will be required to deposit on June 18, 1998* a sum of Rs 5000/- in cash or through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Un iversity of Roorkee, Payable at Roorkee. This amount will not be refunded if the candidate decides not to persue admission to MBA Programme.
